The ICC’s spokesperson said that the ‘Israeli’ entity is not bound to cooperate with the court because it had not acceded to Rome Statute. On the other hand, PM Benjamin Netanyahu had commented earlier on the decision of the Court to include the Palestinian territories under its jurisdiction describing it as anti-Semitic.
