Saleh Al-Arouri, Deputy Head Of Hamas' Political Bureau said in an interview with Al-Aqsa TV that Cairo dialogue was fruitful. During the meeting, the factions agreed to move forward with the elections. The PLO file and the mechanism for forming the new National Council will be discussed next March.
