Netanyahu: No Palestinian State with Full Sovereignty

Mar 23, 2021 11:13 am

PM Benjamin Netanyahu told Panet website that he would not allow a Palestinian state with full sovereignty to be established, and that 'peace' would be reached through normalization agreements with Arab states.

He also said that the establishment of a Palestinian state would only be side by side with the state of 'Israel' because security of both states must remain under the control of the occupation, or else the occupation will be left with Hamas, Al-Qaeda and Iran.

Netanyahu pointed to the normalization agreements with multiple Arab states, and promised Muslims living in the entity to travel to Mecca from Tel Aviv. He also referred to being able to provide the vaccines for the Coronavirus and concluding 'peace agreements'. Netanyahu refused to comment on whether he had spoken with the Saudi King Salman or the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on this issue.
