Israel Hayom reported that the Israeli occupation army will conduct a massive military exercise this summer in Cyprus simulating an all-out war.
The newspaper added that this military exercise, which will last for 4 weeks, is the greatest so far outside the entity. Several special forces, the Depth Command, both regular and reserve forces, the Air Force and the Navy will participate in the drill. The maneuver will cover multiple scenarios for a full-scale war at several fronts, including the north with Lebanon and possibly Syria, the Gaza Strip, and security breaches in the West Bank.
The aim of the military exercise is to conduct a long and difficult period of training, mimic the real situation, and increase readiness of the occupation’s army for war.
The occupation will transport the soldiers, the vehicles for the ground forces, and other military equipment to Cyprus by sea and air to execute attacks behind ‘enemy line’. The military exercise will be in parallel with army exercises in the occupied lands of 1948 which relate to the intelligence, firepower and logistics capabilities of a battle that could take place simultaneously in several arenas and fronts.
