Emad Hassan, member in Qusra town's Council, told Safa that some settlers cut 100 olive saplings in a land owned by Abdulazim Abu Lafi and Jamal Hassan in Qusra town in south Nablus.
Hassan said that the settlers destroyed the electricity network on the road between Qusra and Jalu under the protection of the army.
Aref Daraghma, specialist in settlement affairs and occupation's violations in the Valleys, said that some settlers established a new settlement post in the west of Hamra settlement in order to have all the Valleys' settlements encompassed in one big settlement city that is supported by the government
