Eyewitnesses told Safa that the occupation forces invaded Al-Masjid Al-Qibili in Al-Aqsa and arrested 8 worshipers after Tarawih Prayers.

On the third day of Ramadan, confrontations erupted between the occupation forces and the Palestinian youth in Bab Al-Amud and Bab Az-Zahra in the occupied Al-Quds. The occupation forces heavily fired sound bombs at worshippers while exiting the gates of the Old City, assaulted them by beating and arrested a young man.

The Department of Islamic Endowments in Al-Aqsa stated that Yehudah Glick, an extremist settler, and 185 settlers others broke into Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa from the Mughrabi Gate under heavy police protection, carried out provocative tours, performed a Talmudic ritual in its yards especially in Bab Al-Rahma area, and were lectured on the alleged Haykal.

The occupation police continued imposing restrictions on the access of worshipers, from occupied Al-Quds and occupied Palestine in 1948, to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.

Since Ramadan’s beginning, the occupation forces escalated its violations against Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and the worshipers through preventing breakfast meals for the fasting people in its yards, and cutting off power from minarets’ loudspeakers to lower the sound of Azan, Isha and Tarawih Prayers.
