The Israeli occupation forces carried out a military campaign in Aqraba in south Nablus and Turmus Ayya in north Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources said that the occupation forces along with a special unit  and military bulldozer broke into the village and closed down all entrances and exits. The units were mobilized in the center of the town around the vehicle that is suspected to belong to the Fedayeen who carried out Za'tara operation.

A military unit later detained a number of citizens while heading to the masjid to perform fajr prayer. They interrogated the residents and broke into multiple homes.

In Turmus Ayya, the forces broke into the town, searched the houses and arrested Ahmed Al-Sahl from his home. They deployed more soldiers in the town and declared a state of lock-down. They also prevented the residents from heading to the masjids to perform fajr prayer.
