The Israeli Kan channel said that Benny Gantz will head to Washington in a short visit to discuss the security conditions and retrieval of captured soldiers.

Gantz will be meeting with his counterpart LIoyd Ausint and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

The Walla website said that Washington invited Gantz for having concerns over Netanyahu's possible strike against Iran to prevent his removal.
