Bassam Al-Salhi, member in the PLO's Executive Committee, told the Anadolu Agency that the most important topic to be discussed in Cairo is the formation of one joint government for the West Bank and the Gaza Strip assuming certain tasks.

Al-Ahram newspaper said that the attendants will discuss certain steps to end the division and plan out a road map for the future.   

Al-Salhi also said that having a united government is important to the reconstruction in Gaza, especially after the last aggression, reinforcement of citizens in the West Bank and preparation for elections. He added that the future elections should be connected with a political horizon, in which the occupied Al-Quds makes an essential component.

He urged for the utmost use of the variables that occurred last month, referring to the all forms of popular resistance.
