Mousa Abu Marzouk, Hamas' Chief Deputy Abroad, told Al-Quds newspaper that Egypt's invitation for the movement's leadership was not to hold dialogue among the factions but to solidify the ceasefire and agree on the reconstruction of Gaza. He said that the movement had not been informed of Egypt's invitation of the other factions to meet as Fatah delegation arrived in Cairo.
