Haim Regev, Director of the Middle East Division at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in a virtual meeting for the AHLC that Gaza reconstruction is directly linked with the retrieval of the Israeli soldiers captured by Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip.
