The PLO's National Bureau for Defending Land issued a report in which it warned against the establishment of 1,000 settlement units in At-Tur, Anata, Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis in east Al-Quds (also called E1). This project aims to connect Al-Quds to several settlements that are to its east in the West Bank. It also surrounds the Palestinian villages and prevents them from expansion in order to create a change in the demographic scale as part of the Judaization policy of Al-Quds and implementation of the annexation.
