Kan Channel said that the reason behind the launch of burning balloons from the Gaza Strip is the problems in the reconstruction of the Strip after the last aggression in May.  

It also added that the Palestinian factions are displeased with the Egyptian mediation that decided to postpone the visit of a delegation from the Ministry of Public Works along with merchants from Gaza. The visit was supposed to take place last week in Cairo, but was postponed for 3 weeks for technical issues.
