Yair Lapid on his First Official Visit to Morocco

According to the Moroccan newspaper, Hespress, the Israeli Minister for Foreign Affairs, Yair Lapid, will make his first official visit to Morocco today, as part of the resumption of "diplomatic relations" between Rabat and Tel Aviv.
The newspaper said that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, would hold discussions at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the capital, Rabat, with his Israeli counterpart Yair Lapid.
Agreements are expected to be signed between the parties to develop bilateral relations in a number of areas, as well as to explore ways to activate the "memorandums of understanding" that were signed on December 22.
During this visit, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Occupation will formally open the Israeli liaison office in Morocco, while the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Morocco is expected to make an official visit soon to Tel Aviv to open the Moroccan liaison office there.
