Jul 07, 2022 01:26 pm

Today marks the 8th anniversary of the Israeli occupation's aggression against the Gaza Strip in the summer of 2014, which lasted 51 days and left considerable destruction and difficult humanitarian conditions. However, it witnessed a qualitative shift in the performance of the resistance.

Since the beginning of the aggression, the occupation army targeted the infrastructure of the Gaza Strip, and attacked the homes and properties of the citizens to incite them against the Palestinian resistance. During the aggression, 1742 citizens, including children, women and adults, were martyred, 8,710 others were wounded and 13217 houses were demolished.

Israel's aggression against Gaza in 2014 was the third in the Gaza Strip, preceded by the 2008 and 2012 aggressions, followed by a fourth aggression in May 2021, all of which caused significant destruction, hundreds of martyrs and thousands of injured.
