The Israeli newspaper Maariv published the results of the weekly poll of parties in the Israeli occupation Knesset, showing that the chairman of Likud and opposition party Benjamin Netanyahu won 61 seats in the Knesset.
The current poll predicted that Likud would receive 36 seats; religious Zionism 10; Chas 8; and Yahudat Hatorah 7; and the camp of the parties constituting the current coalition won 53 seats.
The Yamina Party, whose presidency moved from former Head of Government, Naftali Bennett, who retired from political life, to the Minister of the Interior, Ayelet Shaked, touched the decisive ratio in the previous poll with four seats, while its current strength fell dramatically with 2.6% of the vote.
