Deterioration in Health of Hunger strikers Rayan and Awawdeh

The hunger striking prisoners Raed Rayan and Khalil Awawdeh said that their health have deteriorated dramatically, according to Asra Media Office.

The Office added that the prisoner Rayan, who has been on an open hunger strike for 99 days, suffers from severe weight deficiencies, fluid shortages, vitamins and proteins, dizziness, vomiting and aches throughout his body, amid the refusal of the occupation prison administration to transfer him to a civilian hospital.

It also reported that prisoner Awawdeh, who resumed his hunger strike several days ago after suspending the occupation's promises to release him after 111 days of hunger strike, suffers from a deteriorating health situation and a serious risk to his vital body function. Also, the occupation refused to transfer him to a civilian hospital.
