Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune said that his country will host a meeting of Palestinian factions on reconciliation, prior to the Arab Summit.

He added: “We are capable of this task and we have full credibility to achieve reconciliation between the Palestinian factions, and we are with Palestine, no matter how many faces representing it.”

Last July, the Algerian president brought together President Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and the two delegations accompanying them, on the sidelines of the sixtieth independence celebrations in Algeria.
