Colonial settlers assaulted citizens in the Ain al-Hilweh area and destroyed a water line in the northern Aghwar.
According to the Chairman of the Beduin villages Council Mahdi Daraghma, settlers built a tent in the area, and assaulted and insulted citizens. Citizens feared that the tent would be a prelude to the construction of a new outpost.
Tubas settlement file official Moutaz Basharat said the settlers destroyed part of a water line feeding 300 dunums, stating that the line was implemented by international institutions, and financed by the European Union.
