The Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests and raids in the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces raided the home of the family of the martyr Qais Imad Shuja'iya, who was martyred near the Beit El settlement of Ramallah, and arrested the young Mohammed Shuja’iya.

Troops raided several homes, searched them, tampered with their contents and subjected their inhabitants to field investigation, and arrested at least 5 young men, while some of the village's streets experienced confrontations with occupation soldiers.
