The Commission for Prisoner and Ex-prisoner Affairs stated that the two prisoners Ragi Zahran, 44, and Eyad Samhan,47, are facing deliberate medical negligence from the Negev prison administration.

The Commission declared in a statement that the prisoner, Zahran, has been suffering from gum  inflammation since 5 years which caused tooth decay and fall. In addition to damaging most of them due to the inflammation that he suffers. Also, the prison administration refuses to provide him with the necessary treatment.

They also mentioned that the prisoner, Samahan , suffers pain in the left side of the abdomen, and suffers cholesterol and heart pressure and he  is just given painkillers.
