The Ministry of Prisoners and Ex-prisoners of Gaza affirmed that the decision of occupation in determining only 30 days to the administrative prisoner to appeal against his imprisonment comes as a  completion to a long list of laws and legislation that the occupation seeks to adopt in order to tighten the stranglehold on prisoners and to restrict their legal and human rights.

The ministry said in a statement that the number of administrative prisoners in prisons recorded a significant jump in 2022, reaching 850 prisoners.
