Friends of Palestine organization, in cooperation with PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre and the Malaysian Women's Coalition for Al-Quds and Palestine, organized a conference in Seremban town, Malaysia in support of the Palestinian prisoners, under the title of "Palestine-Kuala Lumpur ICPKL."

The conference, attended by 300 Malaysian citizens, ministers, officials, professors, and human rights activists, aimed to highlight the suffering of the Palestinian prisoners inside the Israeli occupation prisons and raise the Malaysians' awareness of the Palestinian cause. It included a unique exhibition about the Palestinian prisoners, during which dozens of photos and videos about the prisoners were displayed. Also, a diorama for the apartheid wall and the cells of solitary confinement were designed and presented in order to transfer a real photo of the harsh conditions a Palestinian prisoner witnesses inside the occupation prisons. 

The conference lasted for three days and received an extensive interaction from the visitors who showed interest in the Palestinian cause generally and the prisoners issue participially, especially after they experienced what it really feels to be inside a tight cell for a few minutes.  

Female ex-prisoners also attended the conference and shared their personal experience inside the occupation prisons with the audience. Ex-prisoner Samar Sbaih talked about her experience of giving birth inside the occupation prisons. "I wan forced to undergo a caesarean delivery while handcuffed. The Israeli doctor treated me so badly and called me with the worst names," she said.  

Malaysia, with its government and people, is well known of supporting the Palestinians and their just cause.
