Introduction 
The political system of the Israeli occupation has been built over the principle of separation of the three powers (legislative, executive and judicial). The standards of this separation mainly relate to the Israeli audience; however, a full conformity among those three powers is frequently found whenever it is related to the Israeli occupation's policies against the Palestinians. 

Therefore, this article aims to identify the Israeli "Judicial Reforms" plan, which Netanyahu and his right-wing government intend to approve and apply, to read the motivations of Netanyahu and his allies towards it, and to estimate the plan's current and future reflections on the Israeli occupation state.
