The international newspaper "Middle East" said that the Palestinian delegation participating in the Sharm el-Sheikh meeting would focus on the Israeli occupation's commitment to the Aqaba Agreement first before pushing forward other agreements.

Citing an informed Palestinian source, the newspaper added that the delegation would confirm that the Authority would not abide by the agreement if the occupation did bot commit, including restoring security coordination and holding meetings of security and economic committees.

At last month's Aqaba meeting, the Palestinian delegation made 13 requests to halt construction in settlements and preserve Al-Quds’ status, including ending damage to Al-Quds’ historical identity and legal status, ending the closure of Palestinian institutions in Al-Quds and allowing Palestinian elections to take place in Al-Quds.
