The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs stated that the two prisoners, Mohammed Attallah and Wisam Zain Essa, face serious health conditions, and they are in dire need of follow-up and treatment, in light of the blatant negligence by the Israeli prisons’ administration. 

The commission also showed that the prisoner Attallah suffers from multiple problems since his detention. These health problems manifested in, injury in the abdomen, a problem in prostate, pain in liver, 3 disks in the neck, and a sharp drop in weight.

Essa, 22, who lost his left eye and the has a broke in the area around his eyebrow due to an accident he had three years prior, sustained a head injury while in prison. Essa experienced excruciating pain in the location of his injuries because he wasn't given the required care and because the Israeli prison system didn't take him to the hospital.
