As he recently has been suffering serious and successive setbacks, the Prisoner Club holds the prisons' administration completely responsible for what's happening to prisoner Waleed Dakka, who has cancer, and has been detained for 38 years. 

According to the Prisoner Club, Waleed's wife stated that he started suffering from severe pneumonia, severe renal impairment, and a drop in blood ratio. Furthermore, he is held in a special room because of his serious health condition, while the Israeli prisons' administration is stalling to take him to the hospital.
