Israeli sources revealed that the Israeli occupation government issued construction bids for 1029 outposts in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds 
"Peace Now" Israeli movement said that Netanyahu's government published construction bids for 940 outposts in two settlements in Bethlehem. Also another construction bid was published as well for 89 outposts in a settlement in the occupied Al-Quds. 

It is reported that the Sharm El-Sheikh Security Summit concluded that settlement works should be stopped for 4 months, and the issuing of licenses for any settlement points should be stopped for 6 months as well.
