Apr 12, 2023 03:12 pm

Itamar Ben Givr, the Minister of National Security of Israel, commented on the resolution that prevents the colonial settlers from storming Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.

According to a statement issued by him, he said that the Prime Minister's decision to close the Temple Mount to settlers is a big mistake that will not bring calm, but rather may only lead to an escalation of the situation. Also, the absence of settlers from the Temple Mount will automatically reduce the police force in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, adding that this decision is a surrender to terrorism and a security failure. Additionally, it is not permissible for us to do that, and we must respond by hitting it with tremendous force, not by surrendering to it.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel. Decided to suspend the settlers' incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, during the last ten days of Ramadan.
