Itamar Ben Gvir, the Israeli minister of national security, gave Katie Perry, the occupation prisons' commissioner, the order to make a decision requiring the detainees to pay the cost of dental treatments that are supplied to them in detention jails.
The decision states that the detainees must pay for the services rendered by the prisons' administration service upfront with their own money, which is against international law.
Ben Gvir declared: "We will gradually alter the terms and revoke the privileges." In addition to the movement campaign he ran, these choices are among the first recommendations made to limit the detainees' freedom and deny them care inside the Israeli prisons.
