Following a discussion session between representatives of the prisoners movement, representatives of the occupation prisons' administration, and representatives of the competent authorities in charge of overseeing administrative detention at the occupation, the administrative prisoners decided to give the occupation prisons' administration a chance to wrap up the dialogue after it had addressed some of the demands.

The Administrative Prisoners Committee reports that it was decided to give the prisoners' administration the last chance to finish the discussion after responding to some of the demands and to put off replying to the fundamental demands of the prisoners until the first discussion session of the following month.

It was announced that the administrative prisoners were prepared for the "Freedom Revolution...the Administrative Prisoners' Intifada," along with a hunger strike in which hundreds of administrative prisoners would be involved.
