In an effort to clean Al-Quds from its real owners, the Israeli occupation approved 7 settlement proposals in June 2023 that specifically target Jerusalem and its citizens.
In this area, the occupation approved the Silicon Valley settlement project over the "Wadi Al-Joz" neighborhood's property as well as plans to create massive settlement neighborhoods in the towns of Abu Dis and Beit Hanina, where 1,700 settlement units are intended to be built.
On the territory of the villages of "Lifta and Deir Yassin," the largest university campus for "Haredi" Jewish women was also approved, while in the town of "Jabel Mukaber," the occupation approved a plan to construct a colony on the town's lands. Not only this, but a new scheme of 400 Israeli outposts will also be approved near Qalandiya, in northern occupied Al-Quds.
