According to the Al-Aqsa Trustees Authority, the occupation obstructs and prevents reconstruction projects in the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa in order to resolve the battle in the occupied city of Al-Quds in favor of its Judaization projects, and control and sovereignty will be for the occupation and extremist Temple groups.

Fakhri Abu Diab, a member of the Al-Aqsa Board of Trustees, warned that the occupation forces are gradually imposing Judaizing events on Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, changing the mosque's legal, religious, and historical status, completely withdrawing powers from the Islamic Endowments Department, and canceling the Jordanian guardianship.

According to Abu Diab, the occupation withdraws all the powers of the endowments and keeps them to look after the affairs of Muslim worshipers. It also relies on strategies and plans to invest every step on the path to the Judaization of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa Mosque, dividing it temporally and spatially, and carving out part of the mosque, specifically the Bab Al-Rahma area, to establish a place to perform their Talmudic rituals and find a place for them. Later, more sophisticated phases will be launched.
