The "Netive Israel" company unveiled a massive plan to build a network of settlement roads with a budget exceeding $1.65 billion that will transform the West Bank from its north to its south in about four years. The roads will be designated for the movement and travel of settlers in the West Bank.

Within four years, the 100 kilometers of settlement Road No. 60 that are part of the plan for settlement roads will be constructed. The Huwara bypass is one of the targeted roadways and is thought to be crucial for safeguarding the movement of settlers in the West Bank after a string of killings that targeted them in Huwara.

Seven settlement projects related to the streets were completed by the occupation in the past year, and 12 more projects are being worked on or planned. All of these projects support apartheid in the West Bank, which is one of the priorities of the current right-wing government.
