In courtroom drama series, the accused are always taken to trial, testimony and evidence are thoroughly investigated, and justice is served after a few dissents. If you hope that this would also indicate that the occupation courts dealt with settlers suspected of the 19-year-old Qusai Maatan from the village of Burqa two days ago, so don't hope that.

In June 2022, a band of settlers assaulted the private grounds of Escaka inhabitants, beginning with an outpost. When the villagers attempted to eject them, a settler stabbed Ali Harb, a 27-year-old son, to death, and the stabber claimed to have acted in self-defense. However, the documentation of the occurrence contradicted his claim; the court closed the file and many other incidents.

Terrorist settlers emerge from illegal settlement outposts that have not been evacuated, and security agencies turn a blind eye to chronic settler aggression. Palestinians lack legal methods of self-defense; When the police and army are summoned, they either stand aside or aid the illegal  settlers. Moreover, the Israeli entity even supports the settlers' follow-up to agricultural and Palestinian building operations in Area C.

Settlers are the problem, but the direct and indirect support they receive demonstrates that they are assisting the occupying Power in its goal. This goal means alienating Palestinians and committing ethnic cleansing in the occupied West Bank.

In other words, settlers are Israel's military wing rather than the military wing of a "Jewish force".
