As a result of the occupation's meddling with the mosque's foundations, the Al-Aqsa Trustees Authority warned of Israeli excavations that endangered the impending collapse of portions of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.
According to commission member Fakhri Abu Diab, the occupation government is trying to carry out a risky plan that involves destroying the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and erecting the purported temple. It also wants to increase its influence inside the mosque by imposing new facts, obstructing the work of the Islamic endowments in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa, and trying to revoke Jordan's guardianship of the mosque. And don't allow it to be repaired so that the excavations underneath it are hidden.
Demolitions and other violations of sacred sites, which are routinely desecrated during settler invasions and their performance of religious rituals in the city's courtyards, are part of the occupation forces' increased attacks in Al-Quds. During the first half of the present year 2023, they also drove out roughly 877 Jerusalemites from the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, the Old City, and the city of Al-Quds.
