Here's September. This month, two days apart from each other, leaders Biden and Netanyahu will address the UN General Assembly. Meetings with Biden have typically taken place outside the General Assembly, occasionally in his hotel room or next to an escalator.

Since the White House has long benefited from Netanyahu's charisma, he wants all the rituals to take place there. He is ready to halt the coup since, without that, he anticipates seeing a closed door in Washington. And if Netanyahu goes to the White House, it's only because of a serious meeting. Biden's current goal is to tie Saudi Arabia to his league because he knows that if he doesn't give Saudi Arabia what it wants—nuclear facilities for civilian targets—the Chinese will be in Riyadh in two minutes and start construction on a nuclear plant. Biden cannot allow the Chinese to take over another region of the planet, especially given that the US presidential election approaches.

Both Biden's and Netanyahu's interests in Saudi Arabia are focused on that country. If Netanyahu visits the White House, it indicates that he has made significant concessions on the judicial revolution and the Palestinian issue. Given that Biden is aware of Netanyahu's trouble sticking to his promises, he will treat him with both respect and skepticism at the same time. Netanyahu is therefore anticipated to get there, if asked, with not just rewards but also punishments. The sanctions are now on the table, and Biden will not only seek promises, but he will also ask for a timeline for their implementation in addition to making commitments.
