The Al-Quds Brigades, the military armed wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, announced to have captured Israeli soldiers, according to Abu Hamza, its spokesman.

Abu Hamza continued, "Our forces are still currently in the field along with the elite forces in the so-called "Gaza envelope," joining their brothers in the Al-Qassam Brigades and the remaining resistance factions in the continuation of this blessed, heroic operation."

He emphasized that the Al-Quds and Resistance Brigades are currently writing a new chapter of triumph and shattering the reputation of the occupation entity and its vanquished army, adding, "We now, thanks to God, possess many Zionist soldiers who are prisoners."
