The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp in the northern West Bank for the 62nd consecutive day. This has involved demolitions, house burnings, and converting other homes into military barracks.
Estimates indicate that the occupation forces have arrested nearly 230 citizens from Jenin Governorate since the start of the aggression. Meanwhile, the demolitions continue to widen streets and create new roads, and the army continues to fire live ammunition around the Jenin refugee camp.
The number of displaced persons from the camp has reached 21,000, who are scattered between the city of Jenin and some of the governorate's villages.
According to the Jenin Municipality, the occupation has demolished 100% of the streets in the refugee camp and 80% of the streets in the city of Jenin.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on the city and the camp has left 34 martyrs and dozens of injuries.
