The Israeli aggression against the city of Jenin and its refugee camp has continued for 159 days, marked by home demolitions, arson, and the conversion of residential buildings into military outposts.
According to the Jenin Camp Media Committee, Israeli forces launched a new assault early this morning on the eastern neighborhood of Jenin City, involving house raids and the forced evacuation of families, turning their homes into military barracks. The committee reported that Israeli forces abused several young men after detaining them, and also arrested a number of them.
The Israeli aggression on Jenin Camp has resulted in the complete destruction of more than 600 homes, while the rest have been partially damaged. Widespread destruction across the city has caused severe damage to infrastructure.
The assault has led to the forced displacement of 22,000 residents, who are still prevented by the occupation from returning. A total of 42 Palestinians have been martyred during the ongoing attacks.
