The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said that children in Gaza are trapped in shrinking spaces, especially since nearly 90% of the Gaza Strip is either designated as Israeli military zones, under evacuation orders, or both.

UNRWA confirmed that many children have been repeatedly displaced across Gaza since the beginning of the war and are in urgent need of an immediate ceasefire.

The United Nations announced that the number of Palestinians displaced in Gaza due to Israeli attacks has exceeded 796,000 people since mid-March, noting that nearly 17,000 new displacement cases were recorded just last week.
