United Nations agencies, along with international and human rights organizations, have revealed—through detailed reports—that “Israel” is reneging on the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) reported that the situation in Gaza “remains critical” and will continue to pose a risk to 1.6 million people who are still suffering from food insecurity, as the occupation allows the entry of only 300 trucks out of the 600 that were agreed upon.
The World Health Organization stated that 50% of the Strip’s 36 hospitals are operating partially, 25 hospitals have been partially destroyed, and 229 essential medicines are completely unavailable. It also revealed that 16,000 patients and wounded individuals require medical evacuation for treatment abroad.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned that more than 100,000 children, in addition to 37,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women, will suffer from acute malnutrition by April 2026.
The International Committee of the Red Cross said that the already deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza have further worsened with the onset of winter amid the continued severe shortage of basic supplies. Despite these catastrophic conditions, “Israel” is pushing to shut down 37 international non-governmental organizations operating in the Palestinian territories.
