Local sources confirmed the martyrdom of the Palestinian worker Abdul Fattah Ubiyat, 37, from Hindaza in Bethlehem.

Abdul Fattah was found murdered in one of the buildings’ apartment in Gilo settlement which was established on Beit Jala lands.

Bruises, cuts and a rope surrounding his neck were found on the body. His family accuses a group of settlers of being responsible for his murder.

The family confirmed that the martyr did not have any problems with anyone and was only trying to make a decent living.

The occupation’s police kept the body in custody and started an investigation to see what had happened.
