Osama Hamdan, leader in Hamas and director of international relations, stated that Hamas has two options to participate in the elections: through a joint national list, coalition with whoever wishes to, or coalition with the resistance’ powers.

Hamdan said that if the occupation tries to hinder the elections, there are guarantees and the internal situation. The approach of the elections and the coming weeks will witness talks on the details of the electoral process.

He also referred to a list of legal demands the factions will address in their meetings.
