Stratfor Intelligence Center said in a report it had issued last week that the Israeli occupation will excerise more pressure on Iran in Trump’s final days. This would increase the risk of Iranian retaliation, which would take place in conflict arenas such as Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and, possibly, Yemen.

The report said that the occupation had struck not less than 15 targets related to Iran along the Iraqi-Syrian borders based on intel offered by the USA. The strikes targeted Iranian arsenals, which are main pipelines for the Iranian nuclear program. 23 people at least were killed and tens others were wounded.

The report also confirmed that because of the strong relation between the occupation and Trump, the entity has the USA’s political support to carry out secret and military operations against Iran and its affiliates. However, whether the entity will receive the same level of support from the new American administration or not remains unclear.
