Martyrdom of Prisoner Maher Sa'sa' in Rimonim Prison

The Commission of Detainees Affairs and the Prisoner’s Club announced in a joint statement the martyrdom of prisoner Maher Sa’sa’, 45 from Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, in Rimonim prison.

They said that no details were revealed about the cause of martyrdom, and his case would be pursued until the reasons are clarified.

They mentioned that the martyr took the vaccine against the Coronavirus, but he had suffered from multiple diseases. They held the occupation the responsibility for his martyrdom and for the lives of all prisoners alike.

The martyr had been arrested since 2006 and was sentenced 25 years. He is married and a father of 6 children.
