Munir al-Jaghoub, head of Fatah's Information Department in the Office of Mobilization and Organization, said on behalf of Fatah that 14 Palestinian factions were invited to participate in the Palestinian national dialogue on February 7^th.

 Al-Jaghoub said that the factions will arrive in Cairo on February 7^th, and the meetings will begin on the following day. The factions will leave the city on February 10^th. 

However, the Palestinian elections will be held at 3 stages during 2021: The legislative elections on May 22^nd, presidential elections on July 31^st, and the Palestinian National Council elections on August 31^st, 2021.
