Ned Price, spokesperson at US Department of State, stated that the American Administration is planning to renew the humanitarian aids to Palestinians for what best serves the American interests.

Price added that the former Administration's method in stopping the humanitarian aids to the Palestinian people did not lead to any political progress nor achieve concessions from the Palestinian leadership. This method only harmed the Palestinian citizens.

The former American administration had stopped all financial aids offered to the Palestinian Authority and UNRWA, and closed the PLO’s office in Washington and the US consulate in Al-Quds.
