Feb 16, 2021 03:30 pm

Occupation arrested over 15 citizens in separate areas of the occupied West Bank. Local sources said that the forces arrested Hamas’ leaders Yasser Mansour and Adnan Asfour, and the citizen Fadi Jabara.

The forces carried out a massive arrest campaign in the Silwad town, east of Ramallah. The soldiers searched the homes and ruined the residents' properties before interrogating multiple youngsters in the street and arresting 8 Palestinians.

In Hebron, the occupation arrested Emad and Mohammed Al-Ja’bari in the Al-Dahisha camp, south of Bethlehem. The clashes erupted between the forces and the young men; the forces fired metal bullets and teargas causing multiple citizens to faint. The young men responded with stones and Molotov.

The soldiers also broke into Al-Doha town, set up military checkpoints, and blew up the entrances of homes and carefully searched them. They treated the residents with violence forcing them to leave their homes during the search.
