The Red Crescent in Al-Quds reported the injury of 20 worshippers in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. Some were shot and others suffocated after the occupation's forces broke into Al-Masjid's arenas on Friday during prayer. Two injuries were transported to the hospital while the rest were treated in the field.

Stéphane Dujarric, UN Secretary General Spokesperson, expressed in a press conference the UN's concerns over the tension in the occupied Al-Quds. He also said it was important for all parties to respect the holy sites and abstain from doing any provocative action that could escalate the tension.
